The Berkeley Group is a leading property development company known for large scale residential and commercial projects in the UK. They are developing a new 1500 home community hub, Broadacres, just outside Horsham. They approached Drone Solution for two services – a land survey and to produce footage that would allow them to generate CGIs to be used by their sales and marketing teams. The site is huge. Drone Solutions had to make many flights from different locations across the site to get all the data needed for the CGIs. The output was remarkable – the resulting footage not only met the client’s expectations but also allowed The Berkeley Group to market and sell all of the houses off-plan. The client was delighted and Drone Solutions are proud to be part of the success of The Berkeley Group’s Broadacres project.
