Retro Chelsea is a stunning conversion of an old chapel in Fulham. The apartments will be some of the most desirable in the area. The development company, Regents Property, wanted a video to demonstrate the quality of the apartments and the incredible lifestyle in the area. They intend to sell the flats off plan. The problem was that property was still a building site. It is not due to be complete for another 18 months. That is when they came to Solutions Films… And they were pleased they did. The result is magnificent. Solutions Films used CGI to show the interiors, combined with lifestyle shots which we filmed using a gimbal of Chelsea, Fulham and Knightsbridge that only a team with local expertise could get and then it was topped off with stunning drone footage of the Thames, Fulham and Knightsbridge. The client was overjoyed with the end result which resulted in all the apartments being sold. Working with Solutions Films was quite simply a great decision.
