Octopus Energy is well known for its commitment to Green Energy but it also has developed a reputation for its customer-centric approach and responsive service. When Octopus Energy renovated a warehouse that stored and distributed their green tech, they wanted to showcase how their automated systems improved productivity. They needed a company that shared their values and had the skills to make an engaging video that not only demonstrated the tech but also showed the human face of a very friendly and positive environment. So that is why they choose to work with Drone Solutions. It was decided to time-lapse the works as they progressed and to use a FPV (first-person view) flight to show off the finished site. It was no small matter, the route included flying through their lean lift. However, the result is exactly what they wanted. And the film has been used throughout the organisation as both an internal marketing tool and as an example of best practice for other warehouses.
